Sashi Moorman first became acquainted with Stolpman grapes during his five years at the Ojai Vineyard, where he was assistant winemaker to Adam Tolmach. Joining Stolpman as Winemaker in 2001, Sashi hails from a diverse background, spending his childhood in Tokyo and Alaska, attending high school and college on the East Coast (B.A. Geography, Vassar College) and cooking professionally in New York City and Washington, D.C.
Sashi spends most of his time and money on wine, food, and travel with his wife Melissa.
